Design-Build: Our experienced professionals work with architects and general contractors, as well as the mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection trades to develop and install electrical and low voltage systems which meet the unique code, space, and trade-specific requirements and budget objectives.

Design Assist: For projects where the electrical plans have been previously completed, Three Phase Electric is often able to offer a variety of design assistance and/or value engineering ideas to help meet budget objectives. These may include modifications to the electrical design, different fixture options, or other code-compliant but less expensive wiring methods.
