Robert Lane
Owner & President
Rob is the owner of Three Phase Electric. He is an Electrical Engineer and Supervising/ Master Electrician who took the helm of his first electrical contracting business, Wright 1 Electric, in 2005 and later Three Phase Electric. Under Rob’s direction, the combined companies, now called Three Phase Electric, grew from a small firm with six electricians to one of the Portland Metro area’s pre-eminent firms with more than 50 electricians serving a number of industries including residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial. Rob received a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.

Mel Tilkicioglu
CFO & Compliance Officer
Mel has worked with Three Phase Electric since 2005. She is the Chief Financial Officer and also provides oversight for office operations and human resources. Prior to her role at Three Phase Electric, Mel spent over 10 years as a management consultant for an international consulting firm specializing in business operations strategy. Mel received her BA from U.C. Berkeley and her MBA from U.C.L.A.’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.

Justin Rodda
Estimator/Project Manager
Justin joined Three Phase Electric in 2012 as an apprentice electrician and spent several years in the field as a journeyman electrician and foreman before moving into project management and estimating. Justin is licensed in Oregon and Washington. He brings experience from a wide variety of projects including residential, commercial and multi-family developments.

Customer Manager
Gail joined the Three Phase Electric team in 2010. She has worked most of her professional career in the electrical contracting and construction field.

Drew Stewart
Operations Manager
Drew joined Three Phase Electric in 2007 as an apprentice and over his career has gained extensive experience with residential, commercial and large-scale multi-family projects including roles as foreman and in project management and estimating. As Operations Manager, Drew oversees company field operations and scheduling. Drew is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Lisa Mesa Elson
Residential Project Manager
Lisa brings 30 years of experience into her role as Residential Project Manager. She joined Three Phase Electric in 2012 as an experienced Oregon journeyman with deep expertise in residential construction – from new construction spec homes to high end custom homes and remodels. In her role as PM, Lisa leads our residential electrical team and is the key liaison between the electricians in the field and our customers/superintendents.
